Free pronunciation signup
When you sign up, HEA saves your first name, email, optional country and WhatsApp number, your separate contact choices, and the submission time in its Supabase database. HEA uses these details to manage course interest. WhatsApp course contact and paid-lesson emails are optional. You can use the free lesson without choosing either. Automatic email delivery and reminders are not currently set up. Signing up does not create a student account or save lesson scores.
Your contact details are not publicly displayed. Contact HEA to correct or delete a submission, or stop optional messages. We keep course contact details while they are needed to manage your course interest or your chosen communications. You can ask us to remove them at any time.
The enquiry message builder
The message builder runs in your browser. It does not send your goal or note to HEA, save it in a database or create a learner account. When you continue, the text is included in a WhatsApp link. WhatsApp receives the link when you open it; you choose whether to send the message.
When you contact HEA
If you send a WhatsApp message or email, HEA receives the information you choose to share, along with the contact information supplied by that service. We use your enquiry to respond and discuss suitable lessons. Please avoid including sensitive documents or information about other people in an initial enquiry.
Website operation
This website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand visits and interactions, such as which pages people view and how they arrive. Google services may use cookies and process device and browser information. HEA records a WhatsApp click event when you open a WhatsApp link, including the message-builder button. The event contains the page path, button location and interaction type, without your enquiry note, message contents or full WhatsApp URL. This measures an outbound click only; it does not confirm that you sent a message or enrolled. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Its hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. If you change the motion setting, your preference is stored for the current browser session. Images and fonts are served with the site.
Other services
WhatsApp, your email provider and the student sign-in service operate separately. Their own privacy terms and settings apply when you use them. This public website does not display private learner records.
